Offline FileSecure Privacy Policy

Overview

Offline FileSecure is designed as a local-first Android file vault. The app does not require an account and does not upload your vault files to DK App Tools servers.

Data storage

Files added to the vault are stored locally on your device in encrypted form. App settings, PIN-derived access data, recovery data, and temporary preview or export files are also handled locally on your device.

No ads or tracking

Offline FileSecure does not contain ads, analytics SDKs, tracking SDKs, or server sync features.

Biometric unlock

If biometric unlock is enabled, authentication is handled by your device. Offline FileSecure does not collect or store biometric data.

Import and export

Import creates an encrypted copy inside the app. Your original file remains in its original location unless you delete it yourself. Export creates a decrypted copy at the location you choose.
